Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET/Java,Javascript)
- 6+ years of backend experience in C#/.NET (preferred) or Java
- Solid system design skills (REST APIs, microservices, distributed architecture)
- Strong experience in CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Have an AI-native mindset and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in development
- Good English, both written and spoken

Caspeco is looking for Fullstack Developer (.NET/Java, Javascript) to join our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam
Today, Caspeco offers four complete systems for the hospitality and experience industry. We call them Booking, POS, Staff management and Analysis – and together they can drive your entire business forward. We’ve packed our systems with features that we know make a difference; they save time, reduce the risk of mistakes, improve communication and increase margins both in terms of payroll and raw materials.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in C#/.NET or Java
- Contribute to frontend features that connect to those services
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
- Improve the observability of our systems and services so we can find and fix problems quickly
- Use AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build, and test software
- Keep the bar high for code quality, reliability, and security
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and data teams to deliver solutions that fit together
- Present plans and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help the team keep improving how we build software
Desired skills and experience:
Minimum requirements:
- 6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET (preferred) or Java
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work, or genuine curiosity and eagerness to start
- 4+ years of experience with Azure, including services such as Container Apps, AKS, and App Service, plus Docker
- Solid grasp of system design and distributed architecture, and experience building scalable, reliable services
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Experience with at least one of SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or Azure Storage
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices
- Excellent written and spoken English
