Scandinavian Software Park by Monterro is entering its third year of partnership with Passerelles Numériques Vietnam, continuing our commitment to helping disadvantaged young people access IT education, practical experience and opportunities to build sustainable careers.
Three Years of Learning and Opportunity
Passerelles Numériques Vietnam, or PNV, is a non governmental and nonprofit organisation that provides technology education and professional training for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In our third year together, the partnership continues to combine education with practical career experience. Our support includes funding PNV’s Entrepreneurship Program and Women in Tech Campaign, with a particular focus on creating more opportunities for young women to pursue their ambitions in technology.
We also welcomed six PNV students to our Hanoi office for a one week internship and took part in career guidance activities, giving students more opportunities to experience the technology industry and prepare for working life.
Giving Back Through Monterro 1-2-3
The partnership is part of The Monterro 1-2-3: Giving Back to Society, which commits SEK 1 million annually to social initiatives, two volunteer days and a focus on three main initiatives.
Through our continued work with PNV, we hope to contribute not only financial support, but also practical experience, knowledge and opportunities that can help young people take meaningful steps towards their future careers.
Take a look at some of the moments from our activities with PNV in the photo gallery below.
