Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full life cycle hiring process (Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates).
  • Providing high-level recruiting guidance to portfolio companies.
  • Focusing on developing a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates through constant networking, mining, and managing of candidates and referrals. 
  • Establishing a true partnership with hiring manager as a trusted advisor on all staffing-related activities. 
  • Communicating effectively with the hiring manager/interview team to ensure preparedness throughout the interview process. 
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization. 
  • Introducing our working culture and community to prospective talent and partners.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives.
  • Take lead on recruitment and development activities and other events and with a talent perspective.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience on senior positions.
  • Experience in full life cycle talent acquisition processes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of the candidate market.
  • Fluency in English.
  • You are comfortable speaking in public.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
