Responsibilities:
- Managing the full life cycle hiring process (Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates).
- Providing high-level recruiting guidance to portfolio companies.
- Focusing on developing a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates through constant networking, mining, and managing of candidates and referrals.
- Establishing a true partnership with hiring manager as a trusted advisor on all staffing-related activities.
- Communicating effectively with the hiring manager/interview team to ensure preparedness throughout the interview process.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Introducing our working culture and community to prospective talent and partners.
- Leading employer branding initiatives.
- Take lead on recruitment and development activities and other events and with a talent perspective.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of recruitment experience on senior positions.
- Experience in full life cycle talent acquisition processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of the candidate market.
- Fluency in English.
- You are comfortable speaking in public.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
